Healing Hands Hospice Care Inc is looking for a receptionist to join our team in our Anaheim office.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to the Executive Director/Administrator, preserving the confidential nature of items of which he/she has knowledge. Must maintain the files, supplies and general office conditions in an orderly manner.
- Answers telephone calls and channel them appropriately. Handles all correspondence and word processing for the hospice organization. Checking emails and fax communication, as well.
- Responsible for maintaining administrative and clerical files as well as clinical notes.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in hospice, home health, or health care organization preferred. But we are willing to train.
- Associates degree is preferred
- A high school diploma is required
- Proficient with MRate of icrosoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
